Most of you walking a spiritual path may know Rumi through fragments; quotes shared, verses remembered, echoes of devotion passed from heart to heart.
Yet behind those words lives the vast wisdom of the Sufi tradition; a language of love, longing, and surrender that was never meant to stay on the page.
Friday night, we will dive into this depth together, not just to read Rumi, but to feel him.
A journey into devotion, embodiment, and the living pulse of love that his poetry points to.
Within the sanctuary of X Senses Lab, we invite you to a series of transcendent rituals where the ecstatic longing of the Sufi meets the embodied presence of the Tantrika.
This is not only a workshop; it is an engineering of collective consciousness; a bridge built between the Heavens (Spirit) and the Earth (Body).
EXPERIENCE DETAILS:
I. The Opening: Breath & Zikr (Vibrational Priming) We begin by activating the Nafas (The Sacred Breath). Through Tantric circular breathing, we awaken the dormant life force within the spine, transitioning into the rhythmic chanting of the Zikr. This vocal alchemy synchronizes the group’s nervous systems, creating a unified field of resonance.
II. The Invocation: Visual & Poetic Alchemy Bathed in high-detail cinematic visuals, we ground ourselves in the words of the mystics. As we engage in Sacred Mirroring (eye-gazing), the devotional poetry of Rumi and the wisdom of the Tantras serve as our guide, helping us recognize the Divine "Beloved" sitting directly in front of us.
III. The Flow: Sufi Music & Ecstatic Motion The room transforms into a vortex of sound. To the haunting melodies of the Ney and the primal beat of the Daf, we explore the intersection of Sufi Chanting and Tantric Shaking. We move until the "self" dissolves, leaving only the dance.
IV. The Softening: The Union of Souls The high-energy peaks resolve into a profound, communal stillness. We conclude the journey in a Conscious Cuddle; a safe, high-integrity space for physical integration. Here, we practice the art of "being with," allowing the oxytocin of human connection to ground the spiritual heights we have reached.
