📚 Book Binding: Zine + Riso Edition
Your story deserves a tiny book. 📚✨
Join Teaching Artist Amanda M. Danford and Erin Fox from Psychedelic Lens for Book Binding: Zine + Riso Edition, a beginner-friendly workshop about personal storytelling, zines, and small-format publishing.
In this workshop, you’ll use a simple folded book / zine structure to explore a personal narrative of your own — through writing, drawing, collage, lists, symbols, or whatever form your story wants to take.
Amanda will guide us with prompts inspired by her Becoming Bi series, inviting you to think about identity, memory, becoming, and the small stories that shape who we are. Erin will add a one-color risograph printed layer, bringing texture, color, and print magic into the final piece.
Think: tiny book, personal story, riso texture, folded pages, and a cozy Art Club table full of creative people.
No bookbinding, zine, or printmaking experience needed — just curiosity.
