​About Mr Nguyen Quang Dam

​Mr. Nguyen Quang Dam is the General Manager of Marvell Vietnam. He has been with Marvell since 2011, holding roles including Technical Director, Senior Director, and Associate Vice President. Under his leadership, Marvell Vietnam has grown to become the company's third-largest R&D center globally with more than 500 engineers. His team is engaged in advanced semiconductor projects such as the Marvell® Alaska® A 800G PAM4 DSP Active Electrical Cable and PCIe Gen6 Retimer. He emphasizes Vietnam's strategic role in Marvell's global R&D network and the company's commitment to workforce diversity and talent development through collaborations with Vietnamese universities and the government.

​About Ms Nguyen Thi Bich Yen

​Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Yen is a senior fellow at Soitec, based in Crolles, France, specializing in semiconductor materials and advanced technologies such as silicon-on-insulator (SOI) technology. She joined Soitec in 2007 after a distinguished career at Motorola and Freescale Semiconductor, where she led advanced CMOS and transistor development. She holds over 200 international patents and has authored more than 350 technical papers. She has received numerous awards including the Motorola Dan Noble Fellow, Women in Technology Lifetime Achievement Award, IEEE Fellow, and IEEE Frederik Philips Award. She collaborates on semiconductor research ecosystems and promotes high-quality human capital development in Vietnam, contributing to international partnerships and technology transfer initiatives aligned with the "Make in Vietnam" strategy.

​About Mr Nguyen Dinh Quy

​Mr. Nguyen Dinh Quy is the R&D Manager at Mitsubishi Electric Automation in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He holds a doctoral degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Prior to Mitsubishi, he worked as a Project Manager and Senior Electrical Engineer at Schlumberger Ltd for 8 years. His expertise includes signal processing, acoustics, automation, and machine learning, and he has published over 20 peer-reviewed papers and holds several patents. He is also a co-founder of VietSearch and is involved in innovation networks supporting Vietnam. He has been recognized for his contributions to digital automation in oil and gas processes and AI research collaborations.

​About Mr Thuc Nguyen

​Mr. Thuc Nguyen, also known as Tucker Nguyen, is a digital transformation and business innovation expert based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has over 25 years of experience, with a notable career at SAP where he served as Senior Director and SAP Digital Supply Chain Solutions Advisor - Global Center of Excellence from November 2020 to June 2024. Currently, he is a Senior Sales Executive at Engineering Industries eXcellence, focusing on helping SAP customers adopt digital supply chain solutions. He is also a Digital Supply Chain Expert and Innovation Network Advisor at AVSE Global, contributing to Vietnam's semiconductor industry growth through strategic digital supply chain initiatives. Tucker is the founder of VIMEX Trading Company and has held various business development and consulting roles in supply chain, digital transformation, and PLM solutions. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Penn State University and has professional certifications in sales, change management, and Six Sigma Lean methodologies. He speaks Vietnamese, English, and French.
