AI Technology Lead, Adobe
Ștefania Budulan has over 10 years of experience delivering Machine Learning and AI solutions that bridge research and real-world business impact. She works at the intersection of data, engineering, and strategic decision-making, building production-ready systems and advising organizations across industries including financial services, telecom, media, manufacturing, IoT, marketing, and the public sector.
Throughout her career, she has built AI systems including recommender systems, anomaly detection solutions, churn prediction models, risk prediction frameworks, next-best-offer engines, chatbots, and advanced NLP applications.

Alexander Krasnoselskikh
Senior Software Engineer, Team Lead, Google
Alexander is a Team Lead at Google and owner of the Google Health processing backbone. He is also a Health & Home AI champion within Google. Prior to joining Google, he worked on large-scale search systems at Yandex, where he owned the Yandex Fresh Search platform.

Marina Ganea
Senior Software Engineer, Google
Marina’s journey in technology began through competitive programming, earning First Prize at the Romanian National Informatics Olympiad and later competing in the ACM-ICPC World Finals. After completing her Master’s degree at ETH Zurich, she spent more than a decade at Google across Switzerland, the United States, and Romania, working on projects that combine AI and large-scale infrastructure.
Her work has included launching Gmail Smart Reply, building integrations between Google Travel and Search, contributing to Search Quality initiatives, and most recently working within Google Health on Fitness Coach, an LLM-powered product.
