​What is it?

​An opportunity to experience a business simulation for free, with like-minded individuals from different companies in the local Belfast area. What is a simulation? A real-time, immersive learning tool that replicates real-world business scenarios to allow participants to make decisions, strategise and problem-solve as a team. Our simulation creates a psychologically-safe environment where risks can be taken without fear of failure.

​A key part of the simulation is to encourage collaboration, both inside an organisation and externally. The premise of the simulation is that individual teams represent different companies who are negotiating to work together as a collective for both individual and common good.

​The simulation is appropriate for leaders, managers and team members in a business who regularly collaborate with other teams or departments, either internally or externally.
