About Event

Brought to you by Boketto Center and Emefa Boamah—a collaboration rooted in a shared vision of accessible, embodied healing and collective restoration.

Breath by breath, this evening invites you to nourish your own spirit as deeply as you nourish others. It’s a gentle return to your body, to breath, and to a sense of belonging.

If You’re Someone Who Holds Space for Others—This Evening Is for You

Maybe you’re a coach guiding clients through transformation.
A therapist witnessing deep pain.
A teacher holding steady through chaos.
A healer facilitating breakthroughs.
Or simply the one your family calls when life falls apart.

You know what it means to be the calm in someone else’s storm.
The steady presence when everything’s unraveling.
The wise voice when confusion reigns.

And you also know the hidden cost.
The exhaustion that sleep doesn’t touch.
The way your body stays braced even in “rest.”
How you give your deepest presence to others while rarely checking in with yourself.

What Would It Feel Like to Be Held as Tenderly as You Hold Others?

Here’s What I Know to Be True

Your Body Remembers How to Rest (even if your mind has forgotten).
Beneath the hyper-vigilance and constant care, your nervous system knows how to soften. Through conscious breathwork, we’ll guide you back to that place — where your shoulders drop, your jaw unclenches, and your whole being remembers what safe feels like.

You’re Not Broken for Feeling Depleted.
This work we do is sacred and exhausting. You can love your calling and still feel worn down by it. You can be grateful and still need someone else to hold the container for once. Both things are true. Both are welcome here.

Your Humanity Is Your Strength.
The tears you’ve been holding back. The frustration you feel guilty about. The bone-deep tiredness behind your professional face. These aren’t weaknesses — they’re proof that you’re doing deep, real work.

In RESPITE, you don’t have to transcend these feelings. You get to feel them, express them, and move them through your body with breath.

What RESPITE Offers

This isn’t another self-care workshop to squeeze into your already-full life.
This is three hours of being resourced, restored, and remembered back to yourself through the ancient technology of breath.

Through Our Journey Together, You’ll Experience

Your Body as Safe Harbor — Feel your nervous system shift from guardian mode to genuine rest, discovering that safety isn’t something to create — it’s something you return to.

Emotional Freedom — Express without explaining. Feel without fixing. Let whatever needs to move through you — tears, laughter, sound, or silence.

Spacious Clarity — Watch your mind shift from problem-solving to presence, discovering insights that arise from rest rather than effort.

Sacred Witnessing — Be held by a circle of peers who understand the particular exhaustion of being everyone’s anchor.

Integration That Sticks — Not just another peak experience, but wisdom your body can remember and return to.

This gathering is intentionally scheduled before the holiday season begins—your chance to fill your well before the season of giving depletes it.

Meet Your Guide

I’m Emefa Boamah—a Somatic and Embodiment Coach, Breathwork Facilitator, and Spiritual Guide devoted to supporting those who hold space for others.

Known as “The Spaceholder’s Spaceholder,”help leaders, healers, and high-achievers reclaim their wholeness—body, breath, and truth—so they can continue their sacred work from a place of grounded wholeness.

Rooted in my Ewe heritage from Ghana and informed by somatic and trauma-informed practices, my work blends ancestral wisdom, modern nervous system science, and embodied leadership principles. Every space I hold is designed to feel both sacred and safe—a place where the body leads, the breath reveals, and the soul remembers.

Whether I’m guiding an intimate breathwork journey, leading a corporate circle, or mentoring a fellow spaceholder, my intention remains the same: to restore you to the fullness of who you are—so you can serve, lead, and live from overflow, not depletion.
