The Scale Blueprint: Building Your Growth Infrastructure
You've built traction, found your early users, and believe you've reached product-market fit. Now comes the hard part: scaling without breaking what's working.
This workshop unpacks how successful software companies move from early traction to structured scale. You'll learn how to assess true readiness for growth, from validating PMF signals to ensuring your product, tech, and team are ready for bigger demands.
Through practical frameworks and real-world examples, we'll explore:
How to know if it's truly time to scale (and what misreads to avoid)
The technical and operational foundations needed for scale
Metrics that matter most as you grow
Common scaling mistakes that stall momentum and how to prevent them
Whether you're a founder, product leader, or part of a growth-stage team, this session will help you create a clear, evidence-driven path from product-market fit to scalable success.
About the Speaker:
Moshe is a product management leader who started his career on the engineering side, specifically within the enterprise B2B software space. He fell in love with product management after seeing the gap that existed between what customers wanted and what engineering produced.
Moshe enjoys applying his lean iterative approach to develop products that exceed users' expectations.
He is founder and product coach at Products for Good, helping startup founders avoid costly product mistakes so they can create more good in the world, and Product Director at Rootquotient. Through both organizations, he mentors and coaches at accelerators and incubators such as Innovation Cluster, Founder Institute, DMZ, Communitech, and YSpace to name a few.
In 2023, Moshe started teaching Information System at Schulich School of Business at York University. He has since designed and taught a new MBA course in Design Thinking.
