​This is a round table for CTOs and CPOs to get in a room together and talk it through. Expect an open conversation on where decision rights really sit in practice, how the best working relationships handle disagreement, and what happens when the two sides don't see eye to eye. This will be a chance to meet others who are wrestling with the same question inside their own companies.
Come with a story, a framework that's worked, or just a genuine opinion and you'll leave with a sharper view of where the line should sit in your own org, and a few new people in your corner who get exactly what that tension feels like.
