About Event

Members of the Society of Working Moms can tap into weekly group discussions facilitated by certified coaches from ELIXR and our coaching team.

Jess Ringgenberg, PCC, is the Managing Partner of ELIXR and Head of Coaching for SOWM. An ICF-accredited coach and former Fortune 500 leader, Jess brings a grounded, evidence-based lens on women at work, maternal identity, and ambition across the evolving phases of motherhood.
Kelly Ling, ACC, founder of Stork & Spark, is a member of our coaching team. Her focus is on empowering career growth at the intersection of parenthood and career identity.

Coaching is a safe space for working moms to be vulnerable, learn, and grow together; and she provides tools and mindset shifts to allow us show up more authentically at work and at home.
