Reservation Guide
This performance is for ages 19+ only (those born on or before December 31, 2007 may attend).
ID will be checked at entry; anyone under 19 will be denied entry, and no refund will be issued for this reason.
Tickets may sell out early, and door sales may not be available depending on advance sales.
We accept card payments and crypto stablecoin payments ONLY.
Changes, cancellations, and refunds are handled through the platform where you purchased your ticket, and cancellation fees may apply per that platform's policy — please check the policy before booking.
No refunds will be given on the day of the show or on-site.
The lineup and set times may change due to circumstances involving the organizer or artists; no full or partial refunds will be issued as a result.
Event Hours
Details on ticket booth/gate opening and entry times will be announced closer to the event.
Entry Guide
Your mobile ticket (QR code, link, text, etc.) will be issued via the email before the event — be sure to have it open before entering.
Mobile tickets and entry wristbands cannot be reissued under any circumstances (lost phone, damaged/lost wristband, etc.). The wristband must be worn until you leave the venue.
Anyone inside the venue without a valid wristband will be removed immediately.
Mobile ticket holders must verify identity at the on-site ticket booth and receive/put on a wristband before entering.
ID will be checked for both the ticket holder and any companions for age verification — entry is not possible without ID.
One person cannot collect multiple wristbands using multiple tickets.
Wristbands are put on by staff only after identity verification — please arrive at the ticket booth together with your companions.
If you cannot present valid proof of age on-site, entry will be denied and no cancellation/refund will be issued.
Acceptable ID:
Korean nationals: resident registration card, driver's license, unexpired passport, resident registration issuance confirmation, or mobile ID (Gov24, etc.)
Foreign nationals: unexpired passport, Alien Registration Card, or ID issued by your home country
Depending on on-site conditions (e.g. safety issues), entry may be delayed or restricted at the organizer's discretion.
Prohibited Items
Bag/item checks will be conducted at entry for safety. Prohibited items include:
Liquids: perfume, fabric sprays, any liquid sprays (tube-type sunscreen is OK)
Outside food & drink: all food/beverages including alcohol (unopened bottled water is OK)
Drugs: any substances restricted under drug-related law
Pro/aerial filming gear: DSLRs with high-zoom lenses, drones, etc.
Large bags (larger than 40 × 50 cm)
Camping gear: tents, mats, camping chairs, etc.
Gas-charged sprays: insect repellent, sunscreen spray, etc.
Dangerous items: long umbrellas, fireworks, knives, BB guns, etc.
Sound devices: whistles, megaphones, etc.
Show-disrupting items: lasers, LED decorations, glow sticks, etc.
Light batons/signal wands (reserved for emergency use by security)
Flagpoles: artist/national flags mounted on poles (OK if pole is removed); selfie sticks extending beyond 1m
Wheeled transport: bicycles, kick scooters, e-wheels, etc. — wheelchairs are allowed
Pets of any kind
Anything else the organizer judges disruptive to the show or other attendees
Entry & Safety Notes
All beverages/food except bottled water are prohibited inside.
Dangerous items (lasers, fireworks, bottles, cans, knives, explosives, etc.) are prohibited.
Please safeguard your valuables — the organizer, host, venue, partners, and artists are not liable for accidents, theft, or incidents caused by attendee negligence.
Anyone disrupting the show or causing discomfort to others may be removed, with no refund.
Please follow event staff instructions for your safety; the organizer/host/venue/partners/artists are not liable for accidents or injuries from attendee negligence.
In case of a medical emergency, please go to the first-aid/information booth or contact the nearest security or event staff.
The organizer is not liable for pre-existing conditions or injuries not disclosed in advance.
This show uses loud sound and special effects. Pregnant attendees, elderly or vulnerable individuals, and anyone sensitive to stimuli (e.g. seizure or photosensitivity risk) are advised not to attend.
Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
Casual photos are fine, but professional/medium-large gear (high-zoom lenses, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks over 1m) is strictly prohibited and may result in restriction or removal by security.
If requested by the artist, all photo/video recording during the performance will be prohibited; footage may be deleted and repeat offenders may be forcibly removed.
Filming & Press Notice
Filming/press coverage is permitted only for designated media throughout the venue. Footage of attendees may be used by the organizer, host, and official sponsors.
The organizer/host/official sponsors may commercially use likeness footage filmed at the venue across TV, online, mobile, and other media.
Unauthorized footage uploaded online may be taken down via the relevant platform.
