​This month, Blocks & Brews is delighted to celebrate the 3-year anniversary of Women in Web3 Switzerland, a community dedicated to making Web3 more inclusive, diverse, and accessible.

​Over the past three years, WiW3CH has played a key role in supporting, connecting, and empowering women in the Web3 ecosystem, in Switzerland and beyond.

​To mark the occasion, we're giving the mic to one of their members Elodie Jallet to present her venture, declicdys.ai offering a firsthand look at building in Web3 and bringing ideas to life.

​Together, we’ll explore:
• The role of community in shaping more inclusive ecosystems
• Personal journeys into Web3
• What it takes to go from idea to venture
• Why diversity and representation matter for the future of the space
