About this session
Moving to the Netherlands, or preparing to move, can come with a constant background hum of things to remember.
Admin, appointments, forms, decisions, deadlines, housing logistics, work pressure, social reset, and the feeling that your brain never fully switches off.
In this 60-minute online circle, we create space to talk about that mental load.
This is not therapy.
It is not a coaching session.
It is an open, lightly facilitated conversation where migrants can share what they are carrying, what has been surprisingly hard, and what genuinely helps.
There is no shame, no forced positivity, and no need to arrive with solutions.
Just a space to reflect honestly with others who are navigating similar experiences.
What to expect
• A small and respectful group
• Guided but open conversation
• Space to share, listen, or simply observe
• Reflection on mental load, adjustment, and everyday pressures
• A supportive but non-clinical setting
Who this is for
• Migrants preparing to move to the Netherlands
• People who recently arrived and are still adjusting
• Internationals feeling stretched, scattered, or mentally overloaded
• Anyone who wants an honest conversation without pressure
Listening is participating.
