No agenda slides. No networking format. No "AI will change everything" intros. Just laptops open, things shipping, and a few talks from builders who actually run this stuff in production.
The day
Show up. Order whatever. Open your laptop. Build next to people who are also building. Talk to whoever's next to you when you feel like it, or don't. Drop into a talk when one starts. Leave when you want.
