About Event

Growing revenue is hard. Growing a company while keeping good people, strong culture, and decision clarity is harder.

This Impact Night looks at scale from two angles that usually get discussed separately but never should. People and go-to-market.

We will start with a conversation on how companies evolve internally as they move from early startup chaos to structured scale-up mode. How hiring changes. How culture survives growth. Where founders and leaders usually get it wrong.

Then we bring those insights into a panel focused on revenue. How teams actually move from zero to seven and nine figures in ARR. What breaks in GTM when growth accelerates. What needs to be rebuilt. What must stay simple.

The conversation draws on patterns seen while building, funding, and scaling companies.

Speakers

Scott Moran
CEO at Finlay, former COO at Mews
Leading Finlay through growth with a strong focus on hiring, culture, and building teams that scale with the business.

Giorgio Pontillo

Deep experience in building and scaling go-to-market teams in B2B SaaS.

Andrew Gray
General Partner at Tilia Impact Ventures
Investor perspective on what sustainable growth really looks like across teams, revenue, and long-term value.

What we will explore

  • How hiring decisions change from early hires to scale-up teams, and why copy-pasting big-company org charts fails.

  • How culture actually forms under pressure, and what leaders must protect as headcount and revenue grow.

  • What it really takes to move from 0 to 7–9 figure ARR, beyond pitch decks and playbooks.

  • How GTM models evolve, when to rebuild them, and when to resist unnecessary complexity.

  • Where founders and leadership teams most often lose alignment between people, product, and revenue.

Who this event is for

  • Startup founders preparing for their next growth phase.

  • Scale-up leaders navigating hiring and GTM complexity.

  • Revenue, sales, and GTM leaders building systems that must scale.

  • Investors and operators who care about sustainable, human growth.

This Impact Night is about seeing the whole system. People, culture, and revenue growing together. When one gets ahead of the others, the company pays the price.

The goal is growth that lasts.
