How to Create a Psychologically Safe Environment in Boardrooms
Senior leaders and board members typically talk about strategy, risk management, fiduciary responsibilities and workforce management. These are all really important elements and focus areas in any boardroom; however, one area that is sometimes overlooked is how psychological safety, or lack thereof, in the boardroom impacts decision-making.
Trust and confidence underpin every professional relationship and interaction, and at board level, especially, psychological safety is critical to enabling effective, well-informed decision-making.
Therefore, this exclusive evening, delivered in collaboration between Connectd and Jameson Consulting Solutions, will explore how to create psychological safety in the boardroom.
What we’ll cover:
Early warning signs of unsafe boardroom cultures and how to mitigate these
The competitive advantage of a psychologically safe boardroom
Tools & rituals to utilise as a board
