Women Changemakers Gathering in Singapore
A safe place for women and non-binary changemakers (and aspiring ones) to meet one another;
A small-scale gathering where you can genuinely connect — and actually spend time working alongside one another;
A community where you don't just network, but show up as you are and participate equally as an agent of change;
A space to share what you're working on, exchange ideas, offer support, and spark new collaborations;
A tribe you can return to — to build trust, intergenerational friendships, and a shared sense of momentum.
This is what this gathering is about.
Co-hosted by Sandy Tiu of Women in Climate and I Am Sustainable Studio and Jaslin Sulaiman of VivaBloomz and facilitated by Girls Be Change and WESHARE, this is the second Women Changemakers Gathering in Singapore — a pop-up brunch on women in climate. Expect honest talk about the work: the challenges we don't always say out loud, and the experiences we share along the way.
Sandy is a founder, storyteller, and space holder for women in transition. Through her work at I Am Sustainable Studio, she transforms textile waste into regenerative materials — but beyond the physical, her deeper work lies in helping people reconnect to purpose, presence, and conscious creation. Blending sustainability, storytelling, and mindfulness, led by Sandy and facilitated by Jaslin, this gathering is a safe space for women to unmask, reflect, and return to themselves.
We’re keeping this one intentionally small: a table for women across climate, impact, entrepreneurship and purpose-led work to connect beyond titles, talk about what we’re building and what we’re navigating, exchange ideas, and support one another.
No big conference. No awkward networking. Just an intimate brunch and meaningful conversations with women creating change. 💛
Language: English
This gathering is open to women/womxn and non-binary changemakers (and aspiring ones). Event location will be shared to approved participants 3 days prior the gathering via email.
What is the Women Changemakers Community Series?
The idea began in the summer of 2023 when two changemakers in Hong Kong, Carmen Chan (Girls Be Change) and Dorothy Lam (Dream Impact), questioned and envisioned what an ideal community looks like. We need a safe place among women changemakers to have organic meetups, intentional conversations, and idea exchange with social ease — to find inspiration and encouragement from each other, and build authentic friendships and support networks.
The first Women Changemakers Community Gathering was held in Hong Kong on March 8, 2024 at International Women's Day. Ever since then, Girls Be Change has partnered with 40+ organizations and gathered 400+ women changemakers in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore, Kenya, Tanzania, Denmark, Malta, Peru, and the US. With 25+ gatherings around the globe, a vibrant community of global women changemakers has been formed and connected — raising questions, exchanging ideas, and celebrating wins.

Sandy Tiu | I Am Sustainable Studio
Sandy Tiu is a founder, storyteller, and space holder for women in transition. Through her work at I Am Sustainable Studio, she transforms textile waste into regenerative materials — but beyond the physical, her deeper work lies in helping people reconnect to purpose, presence, and conscious creation. Blending sustainability, storytelling, and mindfulness, Sandy creates safe spaces for women to unmask, reflect, and return to themselves. At Girls Be Change, she co-hosts this gathering as an invitation — to pause, to feel, and to remember that we are not meant to do this journey alone.
Jaslin Sulaiman | VivaBloomz
Jaslin Sulaiman is the founder and facilitator behind VivaBloomz, a women’s emotional wellness community creating intimate spaces for reflection, honest conversation and connection.
Through guided reflection, journaling, creative experiences, conversation circles and small-group retreats, Jaslin invites women to slow down, notice what they are carrying, and make space for what may not always be easy to name in everyday life.
In the context of changemaking, her work centres on the person behind the role: the pressures, doubts, responsibilities and inner tensions that can sit alongside meaningful work.
Rather than pushing for answers, Jaslin creates room for women to reflect, listen to themselves and connect with others beyond titles and expectations.
