Breaking Bread: Building the Future of Impact Technology

An Invitation-Only Dinner During Atlanta Tech Week

Sponsored by Amazon AWS for Startups

Powered by Mixle

Join AWS + Blacks In Technology-Atlanta + Foster, OWES, and Technologist of Color for Breaking Bread Dinner, an intimate curated evening bringing together deeptech, AI, and Impact Tech founders, investors, and innovation leaders.

We’ll be using Mixle to help guests make intentional connections throughout the evening. Visit www.getmixle.com to download the Mixle app from the Apple App Store or Google Play and enter Space Code BBATL26.

As Atlanta Tech Week convenes more than 15,000 founders, investors, technologists, and corporate leaders across 215+ community-led events, OWES Breaking Bread returns — this time in Atlanta. Rather than another networking event, we're intentionally bringing together approximately 50 carefully curated guests for an intimate evening designed to spark meaningful conversations and lasting partnerships between AI, Medtech, DeepTech, ClimateTech, HealthTech, FinTech, Enterprise software, and other impact technology founders, venture capital investors, corporate innovation leaders, and ecosystem builders.

Together, we'll explore one central question:

What happens when we intentionally connect the founders, investors, and innovation leaders who are building the future of impact technology?

The evening will take place in an exclusive, private restaurant reserved entirely for our guests. Expect an immersive Caribbean inspired dining experience featuring bold island flavors, handcrafted tropical cocktails, vibrant design, and the warmth of Caribbean hospitality — creating the perfect atmosphere for authentic conversation and meaningful connection.

Attendance is by invitation only. Address is shared upon invite-approval

We look forward to seeing you soon!

Q & A

Who is this dinner designed for?

This dinner is intentionally curated for approximately 50 leaders across the innovation ecosystem, including:

  • Startup founders

  • Venture capital & angel investors

  • Corporate innovation leaders

  • Technology executives

  • Ecosystem builders

  • Accelerators, incubators & economic development leaders

Our goal is to create the highest possible density of meaningful conversations — not the largest crowd.

How do I receive an invitation?

Simply submit your RSVP request through this page. Because this is a highly curated gathering, submitting a request does not guarantee admission.

Our team reviews each request and prioritizes founders, venture capital investors, angel investors, corporate innovation leaders, and ecosystem builders working across AI, DeepTech, ClimateTech, HealthTech, FinTech, and other impact technology sectors. Final invitations will be sent to approved guests.

We’ll also create a dedicated moment for founders, investors, and innovation leaders to share the companies, products, and initiatives they’re building.

Whether you’re looking to spark new partnerships, meet future collaborators, or enjoy meaningful conversations with people shaping the future of technology, the evening is designed to create relationships that lead to lasting impact.

Where is the event being held?

The dinner will take place at an exclusive private venue in Atlanta that has been reserved exclusively for our guests.

The exact location will be shared only with approved attendees prior to the event.

I'm not a fit but can I invite someone else?

Absolutely. If you know an exceptional founder, investor, corporate innovation leader, or ecosystem builder who would add value to the conversation, we'd love to consider them.

Please have them submit their own RSVP request so we can review their information alongside all RSVP requests.

Is there a cost to attend?

No. Thanks to the generous support of Amazon AWS for Startups, this private dinner is complimentary for approved guests.

What should I expect?

Expect an evening of exceptional food, intentional introductions, meaningful conversations, and authentic relationship building.

This is not a networking event where people exchange business cards—it's a curated dinner designed to create relationships that continue long after Atlanta Tech Week.
