​Community Sewing Circle

​Bring your current sewing project and spend a relaxed evening sewing alongside others in a welcoming, creative community.

​This is a drop-in sewing circle designed for people who are comfortable working on their own projects independently. While our hosts will be sewing alongside you and happy to answer the occasional question as time allows, this is not a guided sewing class or workshop.

​Please bring your own sewing project, fabrics, notions, and any tools you’ll need. A limited selection of basic hand-sewing supplies will be available. We also have a couple of sewing machines at the Collective, but availability and reliability can’t be guaranteed, so if your project requires a machine, we recommend bringing your own.

​Attendance is free. Donations to Zero Waste San Diego are always appreciated and help support community programs like this.

​We’ll have drinks available, and you’re welcome to bring your own snacks.
