​Join Welcome to Chinatown, Council Member Virginia Maloney (District 4), and the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce for a free, hands-on workshop to explore how technology can help you solve everyday business challenges.

​You’ll learn how to identify a task worth improving, break down the problem, and use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to start developing a solution. We’ll cover the fundamentals of AI, practice writing prompts that get useful results, and share practical examples of how small businesses are putting these tools to work. We’ll also discuss security and privacy best practices so you can make informed decisions about using AI in your business.

​By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer idea of where technology can help your business—and practical skills to start putting it to work.
