• ​Mari Zumbro is co-founder and COO of Filament, the multiplayer platform for professionals and agents. Twelve years into strategy and ops roles, her work is now a mix of people, AI agents, and Claude code. She hosts regular IRL gatherings for builders. Born and raised in Oakland, CA. Loves meeting new people. Let’s talk!

• ​Jeannette Mizono is a Design Operations Architect at Salesforce, where she partners with UX, Product, and Engineering leaders to help teams work better together and build simpler, more impactful customer experiences through thoughtful operational systems, strategic programs, and a strong focus on experience quality.

• ​Michelle Morrison is a seasoned Design Ops pro, currently leading UX Program Management at Google focused on AI. She's excited about the future of our function as new tools and capabilities unlock ops power.
