​Join us for a practical workshop on how technical talent can optimize the job hunt and eventually flip it to easy mode.

​The talent market is inefficient. Millions of developer hours are spent proving ability through LeetCode, credentials, applications, and interviews instead of creating value. At the same time, talent can exist anywhere while opportunity remains concentrated in relatively few companies, institutions, and networks.

​We will explore what you can do today to improve your job hunt, and what you can build over time to make future job hunts easier.

​A previous version of this workshop was hosted for the UBC Master of Data Science program. This edition is open to technical talent more broadly and serves as part of the lead up to the Trilemma Foundation x Northeastern Datathon, where you can put these ideas into practice.
