This is the first SaaStanak meetup in Banja Luka, and we're kicking it off with a hard question: how do you build and scale a SaaS from here?
We'll hear from three speakers with different perspectives, then we'll network 🍻
Speakers
Andrew Davies – CIO at Paddle, a payments infrastructure platform that has processed billions in revenue for over 5,000 software companies worldwide and raised $295M to date. He's also a SaaS founder himself (built and exited Idio before joining Paddle). He's coming to talk about growth in the age of AI.
Vladimir Karadža – Head of Account Management at Codaxy, a software company headquartered right here in Banja Luka, building enterprise-grade web applications for global clients. He knows what it's like to build something from this region and sell it outward.
Maja Perović Baines – entrepreneur and marketer based in Belgrade. From there, Maja has worked with 50+ companies across the globe, built her own SaaS product, and now runs a marketing agency.

About the host
Starter.ba is a Banja Luka-based initiative building the startup ecosystem in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Starter runs programs like KATALIZATOR, an 11-week startup program taking founders from idea to MVP, and the annual STARTER Conference, which connects local founders with investors and operators from across the region.
Dealion is an exclusive community based in Sarajevo for revenue leaders, founders, and partnership operators. Dealion is focused on P2P problem solving, mentorship, and strategic partnerships, especially to help bridge Western and Western Balkan markets. The idea behind it is simple: growth is easier when the right people are in the same room.
SaaStanak is a community of SaaS founders, operators, and builders across Central and Eastern Europe. Founded in 2021, it's grown into the largest SaaS community in the region, with regular meetups in 10+ cities and an annual conference on the Croatian coast.
