About the Speaker: Lindsay Trinkle leads Product Marketing at Commerce, where she's building the operating system that connects product strategy to go-to-market execution across BigCommerce, Feedonomics, and Makeswift. Previously, she co-founded Makeswift, a visual editor for composable websites and storefronts, and helped lead the company through its acquisition by Commerce in 2023. She stayed through the integration and has since held leadership roles spanning product commercialization, portfolio strategy, and product marketing. Before Makeswift, she co-founded a boutique marketing agency and advised startups in the early years of Atlanta Tech Village and Atlanta Ventures. Across startups and larger organizations, she specializes in the messy middle between vision and execution -- clarifying the market, shaping the offering, and building the systems teams need to bring products to market effectively. She brings founders a practical perspective on operating through ambiguity, creating leverage with limited resources, and preparing a company for its next stage of growth.
