Samadki Somatic Flow - Open Registration
Samadki Somatic Flow is a guided movement experience designed to recalibrate the nervous system and unlock embodied clarity.
Blending breathwork, fascia-informed sequencing, emotional pattern awareness, and structured improvisational movement, this session supports the body in shifting from stress reactivity into regulated flow.
Each experience includes: • Grounded breathwork to stabilize attention • Nervous system priming (EFT or somatic activation) • Guided movement flow — from contraction to expression. • Integration through Nidra yoga, frequency healing and intentional relating.
This is not choreography, so no experience in dance or any of these practices is required. It’s a methodology for embodied regulation.
Ideal for founders, creatives, and curious minds navigating high cognitive load who want to feel clear, grounded, and creatively expanded.
About your host: Valeria Itriago is the founder of Samadki, a nervous-system-first somatic methodology blending movement, breathwork, sound, and embodied pattern recognition.
With roots in performative dance and body-based therapeutic modalities, including sound and movement, she designs immersive experiences that help creatives and founders regulate stress, process emotion, and unlock sustainable creative flow.
Her work lives at the intersection of embodiment, science-informed practice, and artistic expression.
