Women in Web3: Shefi x ETHMumbai Women's Meetup
Join us for a small, curated gathering of women builders, researchers, founders, marketers, community leaders, and contributors in the Ethereum ecosystem during ETHMumbai.
Despite the rapid growth of Web3, women remain significantly underrepresented across many roles, especially in technical and onchain-focused work. As roles move closer to the protocol and infrastructure layers, the number of women participating drops even further. Often this gap exists not because of lack of ability or interest, but because of limited guidance, visibility, and support systems.
Building in Web3 can sometimes feel isolating, especially when you don’t see many others with similar journeys.
This event is an attempt to bridge that gap.
We’re creating a welcoming space for women in Web3 to connect in person, celebrate our passion for the technology, share honest experiences of working in the ecosystem, and build meaningful relationships within the Indian Women in Web3 community.
We’ll have an open conversation about:
The journeys of women entering Web3
Challenges faced across technical and non-technical roles
How we can intentionally support more women participating in onchain ecosystems
Whether you’re a developer, researcher, founder, designer, community builder, or simply exploring Web3, this gathering is an opportunity to meet others building in the space and strengthen our community.
