Alchemist Japan is the premier Tokyo-based equity program, uniquely designed for distinctive, technical, enterprise-focused startups with global potential.
We invest in early-stage B2B startups and support founders with tailored mentorship, traction-building strategies, investor connections, and a pathway into Alchemist’s flagship program in San Francisco (Hybrid: Online courses & Offline events).
Startups are selected primarily from Japan, but startups worldwide, including those in Asia, are eligible.

Operational readiness for the US market
