​Join us at Norrsken House for a practical introduction to the world of university spinouts and science-based startups.

​We’ll explore what it takes to move promising research beyond the lab - from identifying commercial opportunities and building a founding team to navigating IP, raising funding and finding a path to market.

​The evening combines a 101 on startups and the spinout journey with first-hand perspectives from researchers who have taken research from lab to commercialisation themselves.
