​SWTHZ Pike & Rose is teaming up with the Osteopathic Center for Healing for a free, exclusive wellness night! Come try out your own private contrast therapy suite - equipped with infrared sauna, cold plunge and Vitamin C shower!

​​​​​​WHAT: Complimentary 30-minute sessions

​​​​​​WHERE: SWTHZ Pike & Rose (11564 Old Georgetown Rd)

​​​​​​WHEN: December 10, 6:00pm-8:30pm

​​​​​​WHAT TO WEAR: A swimsuit (or clothes you are comfortable getting wet in). Bring a loose fitting change of clothes for after your session. Don't forget your water bottle!

​​​​​​There are 3 time slots to choose from:

​​​​​​6:00-6:30pm

​​​​​​7:00-7:30pm

​8:00-8:30pm

​​​There are 10 private suites that accommodate up to 2 people. Please indicate if you would like to share your suite with a guest when registering.
