This guided reflection journey is your reset button — which will help you unpack the last 12 months and design the next 12. You get real closure. You get a real plan. You start the year ready, not recovering.
The Flow
It is a slow, intentional 12-day ritual starting December 26th — the day after Christmas.

Dec 26 (The Review): Scan your calendar week by week to list the facts of your year.
Dec 27 (The Areas): Sort your events into categories like family, career, and health.
Dec 28 (The Patterns): Answer deep questions to find the themes of your year.
Dec 29 (Highs & Lows): Celebrate your best moments and acknowledge your biggest struggles.
Dec 30 (The Release): Write down what you need to forgive and let go of.
Dec 31 (The Goodbye): Name your year, say your goodbyes, and close the book.
Design 2026
Jan 01 (The Dream): Dare to dream big about an ideal year without limits.
Jan 02 (The Goals): Turn those dreams into specific targets for each area of your life.
Jan 03 (Triplets I): Define three things to love, three to let go of, and three to achieve.
Jan 04 (Triplets II): Plan your environment, morning routines, and how you'll connect with others.
Jan 05 (The Commitment): Set your boundaries. decide what you will say "no" to.
Jan 06 (The Symbol): Pick your "Word of the Year" and make a secret wish.
Jan 07 (The Contract): Sign the page. Commit to the plan. Start.
The commitment is small: one email per morning, 20 minutes of work per day, 1 accountability check in a day.
