​DAY 1: The Download (Orientation & Workshop) Focus: Tooling, Setup, and Guided Learning

• ​1:45 PM: Opening Address: The mission for the next 48 hours.

• ​2:00 PM: Session 1: Deep dive into Vibe Coding Tools & Environment Setup.

• ​3:15 PM: Hands-On Workshop: Guided project development. Build a functional app alongside mentors.

• ​4:45 PM: Closing Briefing & Prep for Day 2.

​DAY 2: The Overclock (Hackathon) Focus: Strategy, Building, and Shipping

• ​1:30 PM: Check-in & Team Formation.

• ​1:45 PM: The Sprint Begins: 2 hours of focused building. Mentors available for strategic support.

• ​3:45 PM: Code Freeze & Refinement.

• ​4:15 PM: Showcase: 3-minute flash presentations to the judging panel.

• ​4:45 PM: Closing Ceremony: Winners announced & Certificate distribution.
