The LaunchPad AI Symposium 2026

AI no longer advances one layer at a time.

Models learn. Infrastructure determines what can run. Embodied systems bring intelligence into the physical world. Social norms shape whether people trust it. Products decide what reaches people at all.

Yet these conversations rarely happen in the same room.

The LaunchPad AI Symposium brings together more than 300 researchers, builders, engineers, founders, operators, students and product leaders at NUS to connect the full picture of how AI moves from research into the world.

Across two days, we will explore five connected fields:

AI in Training
Featuring voices from Agnes AI, Adaption Labs and AI Singapore

AI in Infrastructure and Deployment
Featuring voices from SemiAnalysis and Cloudflare

Embodied AI
Featuring voices from Griffin Labs, The Robot Company and Kabam

Social Intelligence and Human Norms
Featuring voices from NUS Computing, Neo Research and
Infocomm Media Development Authority

AI in Product
Featuring voices from ShopBack and Hacktron AI

Expect technical talks, live demonstrations and candid conversations about what works, what remains difficult and what the next generation of AI will demand from us.

There will also be time to meet the people behind the work.

Networking is a core part of the programme. The Symposium is designed to create encounters across disciplines, organisations and levels of experience. Come with questions, unfinished ideas and a willingness to find the people who can help move them forward.

The complete speaker roster, session titles and programme will be announced this Thursday.

But the Symposium is not only about listening.

On 18 August, the Builder Showcase will bring the ideas built during the LaunchPad AI Challenge to the stage, with the top 20 teams presenting their projects live.

The top prizes include:
- 1st Place: 5,000 OpenAI credits
- 2nd Place: 3,000 OpenAI credits
- 3rd Place: 2,000 OpenAI credits
- Best Use of Agnes AI: S$500
