Karolina Kuras’s ballet photography and Ted Belton’s fashion photography intertwine at Photo Diary. Both with special eyes for movement, texture, and contrast, their work creates windows into the souls of their subjects, and the auras underneath honest moments better translated visually than with words. Their contemporary styles naturally complement each other, capturing discipline and grace in visual conversation. Together, their photographs reveal how fashion and dance are connected practices, through their vulnerable yet performative natures. This exhibition is a Photo Diary of Karolina and Ted’s photography practices, experimenting with human expression, creative process, and print materials.
