​AIDA is a healthcare AI platform embedded in Epic and deployed within payer and provider environments, featuring care coordination tools used across most Pacific Northwest hospitals. Michael has built AIDA’s technology and its HITRUST-certified security program since 2017. He brings the perspective of a builder who measures AI by the efficiency it delivers in production.
