Join SEAMATE on Thursday, September 24, from 5:00–8:00 PM for a casual founder mixer at our Mountain View office. This Crazy Thursday, we're exploring Personal Agents and Consumer AI: how AI can become a useful everyday companion, from shopping and dining to travel, home life, and daily planning.
We'll compare notes on what it takes to build products people actually use, return to, and pay for. Bring a product you're building, a demo you'd like to share, or a question you're working through.
Language: Mandarin. All discussions will be conducted in Mandarin.

With Instinct and Muse sparking conversations across the AI community, we'll use both as starting points for a closer look at the Personal Agent opportunity:
What makes people want to try—and share—them? Which product moments, interactions, or everyday use cases are catching people's attention? What can founders learn from the way these products are being discussed and shared?
What do we expect from an AI that knows us? Using Instinct and Muse as discussion prompts, we'll explore what useful memory, personalization, and proactive assistance should look like—and where users should retain control.
What comes after the buzz? What would turn a compelling first impression into a daily habit? Which recurring needs could drive retention and willingness to pay?
Tried either product? Bring your experience, a favorite use case, or a question for the room. Curious but haven't tried them yet? You're welcome to join the conversation.
💡 What We'll Explore
Where will Personal Agents live? Super apps, operating systems, or specialized agents? How might voice, multimodal interfaces, and wearables change the way we interact with AI—and which everyday tasks will drive repeat use?
How does an agent really get to know you? Long-term memory, context engineering, and continuity across apps and devices. What makes personalization useful, and where should the boundaries be?
Trust, control, and business models. Which decisions can an agent make on a user's behalf? When should it ask for approval? We'll discuss reliability, privacy, and approaches to monetization, including subscriptions, per-task pricing, and transaction fees.
