​AI coding started as autocomplete. Then came agents that could take on a task end to end. Now teams are running multiple agents in parallel — specifying work, reviewing output, and shipping software without writing most of the code themselves. The question is no longer whether AI can code. It's whether your engineering workflow is ready for what comes next.

​On September 2, Qoder and Seamate bring together engineers, founders, and technical leads in the Bay Area for an evening built around that question — with a live demo, builder showcases, and an honest panel on what agentic workflows actually look like in practice.

​Qoder will walk through how Spec-Driven Development, Context Engineering, and multi-agent collaboration change the way software gets built and shipped. The session is built around a live demo — from project context and spec to execution, review, and delivery. You'll see what changes when the agent isn't just suggesting code, but finishing tasks.

​⚡ Builder Lightning Demos

​4 builders from the room, 3 minutes each. A quick look at what people are actually shipping — products, AI workflows, tools, or whatever's in progress right now. Demo slots are open to applicants; selected by content quality and topic fit.

​🧠 Industry Panel: Engineering in the Age of Agents

​A focused conversation with founders and engineers already working with agentic tools. Three threads:

• ​Build — When does the agent actually finish the task, not just assist with it? What makes a spec that reduces rework?

• ​Operate — How do teams maintain context, rules, and memory for agents running over time?

• ​Collaborate & Scale — How is the engineering team structure changing? What does code review and accountability look like when AI generates most of the code?
