Meet the Expert: Andreas von Estorff
Andreas von Estorff is a seasoned entrepreneur, coach, and speaker whose journey spans scaling companies and rebuilding life from the inside out.
He is the founder and CEO of ModelManagement.com, a global digital platform with more than 2 million users, trusted by brands such as Red Bull, H&M, Nescafé, Puma, Audi, Hugo Boss, and major agencies like Havas, Ogilvy, and Publicis.
After experiencing burnout in 2021, Andreas began a profound inner journey that led him to discover his “essence identity,” shifting the foundation of how he leads and lives.
He later trained in Canada as a Coach and Teacher of Presence under Eckhart Tolle and now helps high-performing founders move from functioning on autopilot to leading with clarity, calm, and depth.
His Founder Session blends entrepreneurial experience, lived transformation, and presence-based coaching into an experience you feel, not just understand.

Sven Mulfinger is a multilingual executive coach, serial entrepreneur, and facilitator of high-performing leadership teams. A Vistage Chair and founder of Neurodisruptors, he works internationally with CEOs and founders to unlock clarity, resilience, and growth.
With 20+ years of experience scaling ventures across Europe, Sven blends rigorous leadership tools with experiential methods, creating powerful spaces where leaders think differently and accelerate both personal and business transformation.
