Founder Day is Karisma’s monthly anchor – the moment where members step out of the noise and into a curated environment designed for clarity, growth, and meaningful connection.
The day unfolds in 3 parts:
Founder Session → A deep dive led by an expert or established founder, offering sharp insights, lived experience, and practical frameworks tied to the theme.
Think Tanks → Curated founder groups where you work through your most pressing question or bottleneck together.
Lunch Break → A relaxed 1.5h pause to eat, chill, unwind, or catch up on work before the afternoon session.

Jürgen Salenbacher is an internationally respected strategist, author, and keynote speaker working at the intersection of creativity, leadership, and identity.
For more than 25 years, he has helped over 14,000 leaders across 100 countries understand their personal value, redefine how they show up, and design brands and business models rooted in meaning.

With 20+ years of experience scaling ventures across Europe, Sven blends rigorous leadership tools with experiential methods, creating powerful spaces where leaders think differently and accelerate both personal and business transformation.
Program & Flow
9:30 AM – 10:00 AM — Arrivals
A soft landing into the day with check-in, welcome drinks, and relaxed first conversations.
10:00 AM – 10:30 AM — Opening & Grounding
We set the tone, align intentions, and shift everyone into presence with a short guided reset.
10:30 AM – 1:30 PM — Think Tanks
Small curated groups where each founder gets a 30-minute hot seat to explore a real challenge and leave with clarity and concrete actions.
1:30 PM – 3:00 PM — Lunch Break
Time to decompress, eat, move, and connect informally without any structured program.
3:00 PM – 3:30 PM — Regather & Grounding
A gentle reset after lunch to bring focus back into the room and frame the afternoon session.
3:30 PM – 6:30 PM — Founder Session
A deep experiential workshop led by the guest expert, blending stories, frameworks, and group exercises to create insight and momentum.
6:30 PM – 7:00 PM — Closing & Accountability
Short reflections, key takeaways, and light accountability or ask/offer sharing to anchor the day’s insights.
