Meet the Expert: Wouter Durville
Wouter Durville is the Co-Founder & CEO of TestGorilla, the fast-growing platform redefining hiring through skills-based assessments. Under his leadership, TestGorilla has raised over US $80 million in funding, now serves 10,000+ customers globally, and is a poster child for predictively fair, DE&I-driven talent assessment.
A former Bain consultant and serial entrepreneur, Wouter was nominated for TechLeap’s Leading Entrepreneur in Tech, featured in MT/Sprout’s Inclusive30, and is part of the World Economic Forum’s Global Innovators Community. Fluent in several languages and based in Barcelona, he’s been speaking internationally on how to hire smarter, build stronger teams, and lead with purpose in high growth.

Sven Mulfinger is a multilingual executive coach, serial entrepreneur, and facilitator of high-performing leadership teams. A Vistage Chair and founder of Neurodisruptors, he works internationally with CEOs and founders to unlock clarity, resilience, and growth.
With 20+ years of experience scaling ventures across Europe, Sven blends rigorous leadership tools with experiential methods, creating powerful spaces where leaders think differently and accelerate both personal and business transformation.
