Qianwen (Q) Chen is the Founder & CEO of EchoHer, a global community empowering women and non-binary founders through events and curated networking. She is also Lead Developer at Owls Head, driving AI and digital transformation on Salesforce platforms. Previously, she was a founding engineer at Vlocity (acquired by Salesforce), building enterprise no-code/low-code solutions used by clients like Verizon and New York Life. A Carnegie Mellon M.S. graduate, she has launched startups including ZyperShop and Cims.ai, advises in the women-in-tech community, and is also a global fashion and lifestyle influencer.
Yash Kejariwal is the co-founder and CEO of Agentic Trust, a UC Berkeley SkyDeck-backed startup building the agentic customer experience (CX) platform for B2B software companies. Agentic Trust enables B2B software vendors to scale their customer success organizations without adding headcount, deploying agents that automate onboarding, implementation, and support end-to-end and unifying fragmented customer data into a single intelligence layer that prepares B2B products for an agent-first world. With more than a decade of experience leading customer experience and go-to-market strategy at Cisco, Yash brings deep expertise in enterprise AI adoption and large-scale CX transformation. He holds an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas.
Susan O’Neill is co-founder and CEO of Paygentic, the AI-native billing and payments platform helping companies monetise AI products. With a background in finance, Susan saw firsthand how legacy billing and payment systems struggle to support modern AI business models. She and her co-founder Sam built Paygentic to give finance teams real-time control over pricing, billing, and payments as AI reshapes software economics. Susan also serves on the Fintech Ireland Advisory Council. Paygentic recently closed a $2 million pre-seed round.
Charlotte Xia is a scientist and entrepreneur turned venture capitalist, and a Stanford Engineering alumna. Leveraging her strong technical background, Charlotte has extensive experience commercializing technologies from research lab, and deep domain expertise in healthcare, enterprise AI, and physical AI. She began her career at Formlabs during its early stages, before it reached double unicorn status, where she was lucky to have built and launched the company's first generation products, impacting millions of users. She is now an investor at Fusion Fund interested in AI infrastructure and deep tech opportunities.
