AI Agent Workshop: An AI-Native SDLC with Claude Code
You will work in your own repository and leave with a reviewed change shipped, a reusable skill built, and an enforcement rule in place. Plus what your platform team must decide before scaling.
TechEquity AI invites you to an afternoon of applied AI learning and hands-on building at Snowflake's Silicon Valley AI Hub (SVAI) in Menlo Park, CA.
This session is part of the TechEquity Ai Monthly Forum Series, combining strategic insights and real-world use cases from industry leaders, alongside technical workshops and live demonstrations.
What attendees will be able to do afterwards
Run a task end to end: explore, plan, implement, verify against tests, review the diff, commit.
State which permission mode they are in and what it allows, and recover with checkpoints when a session goes wrong.
Write a CLAUDE.md that helps rather than bloats, and know when to move content into rules or skills.
Build one skill, delegate to one subagent, and connect one external system over MCP.
Write a hook that enforces a rule deterministically, instead of asking the model to remember it.
Run automated code review and security review over their own diff.
Name the decisions their platform and security teams own before this scales.
Role
Software engineers, mid-level and above.
Tech leads and staff engineers.
Platform and developer-experience engineers.
Engineering managers & tech leaders.
What They Get
The working method, and a reusable asset in their own repo.
The team-level layer: shared conventions, skills, hooks, review automation
The paved-road view: what to standardize, package, and distribute.
Enough hands-on grounding to judge claims about output honestly.
Speakers
Mohan Pasappulatti — Former Head of Architecture - AI/ML. Cloud & Data at Turing, Former Global Head of Generative AI at AWS
