​Gina co-founded three startups, including the biotech Astralis, before becoming an investor. Today she leads the NJ chapter of Golden Seeds, the national angel network that has invested over $200 million in women-led companies, runs Amala Ventures, sits on the board of Jumpstart NJ Angel Network, and has taught entrepreneurship at Fairleigh Dickinson University since 2005.
