The experience will begin with a grounding movement session led by Kayley from Sunform at 10:30 AM, designed to gently energize the body and prepare guests for a deeper inward journey.
Following this, Freddy Gervasi from Soul Expansion will guide guests through an immersive wellness experience including breathwork, vocal activation, and nervous system regulation practices designed to help release stress, reset your energy, and reconnect with yourself.
Guests will also have the opportunity to experience IV wellness drips, connect with like-minded professionals, and explore simple tools that support better energy, resilience, and overall wellbeing.
