The Product Collective: Stakeholder Management / Rowing in the Same Direction
Every product lives or dies by the people around it. Executives with competing priorities, engineers pushing back on scope, designers fighting for the user, marketers who need a launch date yesterday. Managing all of that is half the job, and nobody really teaches you how to do it.
This month, The Product Collective is bringing together leaders from Product, Engineering, UX/UI, and Product Marketing to talk about what stakeholder management actually looks like from each side of the table. How do you build trust across functions? How do you say no without burning bridges? What do the other teams wish product people understood?
Come for the panel, stay for the conversations. Whether you're a PM navigating your first cross-functional fight or a seasoned leader looking to compare notes, you'll walk away with ideas you can use on Monday.
We're looking for 3 to 4 panel speakers to join our discussion on Stakeholder Management. Ideally you're at the Director level or above (previous roles count). We want one voice from each of these domains:
Product
Engineering
UX/UI
Product Marketing
