7:30 AM – 8:00 AM | Check-In & Meet-Up
Arrive early to connect with other participants, grab hydration, and get your badge scanned. Light music and vibes provided by the bEHR Health team.
8:00 AM – 8:15 AM | Warm-Up & Stretch
Guided group stretch and mobility session led by the bEHR Health wellness team to get you loose and ready to move.
8:15 AM – 9:00 AM | Run / Walk (5K)
A casual, scenic 5K through Houston — all paces welcome! Walk, jog, or run at your comfort level.
9:00 AM – 9:30 AM | Networking & Refreshments
Cool down, grab a smoothie or snack, and connect with other AfroTech attendees. Build relationships that go beyond the conference floor.
