AAIF Community Munich #29
Agents in production — what's working, what's breaking, and what nobody's figured out yet.
Hello, fellow MLOps Engineers and ML Enthusiasts, ready for a new meetup?
We're announcing our next meetup event, in collaboration with Liquid Reply!
NOTE: By attending our event, you're agreeing to the Linux Foundation Code of Conduct and accept these attendee guidelines.
Agenda
18:30 - 18:55 - Drinks, food & networking
18:55 - 19:00 - Welcome
19:00 - 19:30 - Talk #1: The Infrastructure Factory - Agents write the code. Who builds the place it runs? by Max Körbächer, Liquid Reply
Everyone is building software factories: agents triage, implement, verify and ship. Google reports 75% of new code is AI-generated, Uber attributes over 70% of pull requests to agents. And Anthropic had to reinvent Git to keep up with the speed. But every one of those changes still needs somewhere to run, and in most companies that somewhere still arrives through a ticket.
The problem is that code got cheap. But environments did not.
Let me introduce you the concept of Infrastructure Factory: a platform that turns intents from humans or agents into compliant, owned, observable, cost-attributed environments, with no ticket in the path. We look at why the most-cited software factory talks of 2026 all call infrastructure the hardest part and none treat it as a factory of its own; how it relates to the AI factory (NVIDIA’s kind and the model-factory kind) and where the two share a floor; and what the factory looks like when its front door is an MCP server and its policy gate is agentgateway.
19:30 - 20:00 - Talk #2: Two and a half wolves by Svetozar Miučin, AWS
Are you paying attention? Software engineering has changed. Agents are here in force. Everything is in flux. To be able to adapt in the long term, we must understand the foundations. This talk explores sentiment around agentic engineering, its practices, and sets up a framework for sustained success.
About the speakers
About the Agentic AI Foundation
The Agentic AI Foundation (AAIF) is a community of people building agentic AI in the open, under the Linux Foundation, and exists to move the practice forward — through shared standards like MCP, AGENTS.md, Goose, agentgateway, etc. and honest, in-person exchange between the people actually shipping.
