Hayley Kirk - Head of Competitions and Programs - NBL:
A late bloomer to the sports world, Hayley has nearly a decade in the industry across three very different national organisations – a true NSO in Equestrian Australia, a not for profit in Cricket Australia and the privately owned NBL where she currently holds the role of Head of Competitions and Programs and has been since 2019. In her current role, she leads the strategic planning and delivery of the league across Australia and New Zealand which covers everything from schedule development, salary cap compliance, game day operations and policy development.
Hayley holds a Graduate Certificate in Sports Integrity and Business from Victoria University and a Bachelor of Sports Management from Deakin University with a year abroad from the University of Tampa in Florida, USA.
Scott Fitzgerald - General Manager of Marvel Stadium - AFL:
Scott is an experienced commercial executive with an extensive career in leadership within the sport, venue and entertainment industry. Currently serving as GM of Marvel Stadium for the AFL, Scott’s experience spans high level business roles at several AFL clubs. Nathan Perrone - Account Manager (Media and Tech) - TGI Sport:
Nathan Perrone is a Deakin University graduate who works as a Commercial Partnerships professional, currently managing TGI Sport’s media & tech accounts with the NRL, A-League, as well as the recent British & Irish Lions Tour. Previously, Nathan worked in Commercial Partnerships for Western United and was also the first EVER SportsGrad member in 2020.
