A three-part Complēre Studio series — the essential first step for using AI effectively as an impact professional and organization.

We've learned — through 15 months and nearly 1,000 free working sessions with foundation and nonprofit professionals — that organizations who skip the foundational work end up with scattered individual experimentation rather than meaningful organizational change. This series is the antidote.
Across three one-hour sessions, you'll move from individual AI use to an organizational approach that can transform how your team works:
The $99 registration fee covers the cost of all three sessions. Private invites will be sent directly to you for sessions 2 and 3.
Session 1: Policy & Governance — Establish the guardrails your organization needs: usage policies, data handling, transparency standards, and the governance structures that let your team adopt AI with confidence rather than caution.
Session 2: Process Mapping — Identify where AI actually fits in your existing workflows. We'll work through how to surface the moments in your organization's processes where AI adds the most value — and where it doesn't belong.
Session 3: Use Case Identification — Translate the foundation into action. Learn how to evaluate, prioritize, and select the use cases most likely to deliver real impact for your mission.
