Local Hub Barcelona: Psychological Safety at work - from buzzword to practice
Hola Shakers! 💃
Welcome to our second event in our new series: Humanizing workplaces through L&D! In this event, we'll be diving into Psychological Safety at work.
We often use the word 'Psychological Safety' when we talk about organzational cultures and creating environments where people can belong, be well and perform. But what does it actually mean beyond being a buzzword?
✨ What to expect:
🔹 (Re-)defining Psychological Safety
We'll start by checking what is our understanding of this, and co-creating a working definition together. Which areas does it affect and what people does it impact?
🔹 Exploring scenarios and real experiences
Collaborate on scenario-based problem-solving for situations at work and share real experiences of good case practices as well as things that really undermine Psychological Safety.
🔹 Our role in L&D as contributors
We'll finish by identifying how we as individuals as well as L&D professionals can take small actions to positively impact Psychological Safety in the workplace
Get ready for meaningful conversations, scenario-based discussions and practical takeaways!
