Elizabeth Nyemkuna: Regenerative Catalyst - Focus Food Systems & Co-founder of African Way
I am a Cameroonian based in Portugal with wisdom obtained from my culture and native way of being. I have a university degree in Business Administration and a track record of being part of building associations bridging the Global South and North, designing community and backyard gardens, teaching permaculture for refugees, facilitation, and empowering young people. And spread the African food vibe wherever I show up. Bridge between cultures by gathering around really good food and music.
I believe in quitting monocultures of all kinds. Putting an ”and” instead of a ”versus” between the way we are, the way we think and the way we act.

Anna-Kajsa Lidell: Regenerative Explorer & Business Catalyst - Focus Food Systems
I am a Swedish food entrepreneur who has made the startup, scaleup, internationalisation and exit-journey. With a purpose driven strategy. Food security as a firm goal. The names of the brands are Beat & Oumph! In my rucksack I have the knowledge of a pioneer driving transformational change through products and advocacy in the food sector. And how to be a human being at the same time.
Since day one I have shared my knowledge of hands-on methods of driving change in media, business meetings and from stages, all over Europe. Worked close to science. And farmers.
The last years I have travelled the world, building relationships with farmers, herders and facilitators in rural and urban areas of Europe, India, Kenya and Sápmi. I have met farmers, corporate actors, scientists, activists and investors. All with the same goal, working with nature to safeguard food security.
Today my main focus is to channel capital and knowledge into the transformation to regenerative food systems. And connect Sweden to the international regenerative movement. Along side of this I explore ways to regenerate relationships and ways to act as an antidote to the mess of this world.
