Bloom: Exhibition Opening

​Five springs of shooting tulips.

​Conor Vella has spent the last five years photographing them, one spring at a time. Working with different varieties, colouring them artificially, combining petals into specimens that don't exist anywhere in nature. The result is Bloom: a series of fine art prints that look familiar at first glance and impossible at the second. Beautiful, slightly off, suspended somewhere between reality and fiction.

​Friday 18 September is the opening night. The full series goes up on the walls, Conor will be there to talk you through the work, and the prints are available for sale.

​About Canal Clubhouse

​Canal Clubhouse is a living room on the canals. Located on the Krom Boomssloot, one minute from Nieuwmarkt. During the day our venue is used by teams for offsites, strategy days and board sessions. In the evening, the space becomes a place to connect, get inspired and feel empowered. This is the first time we're hosting an art exhibition. If you've never visited us, this is a good excuse ;)
